The purpose of this record... fre fre fre fre freshhhhh


This is one of the early records that set the bug off for me... killer early electro joint from L.A's DJ crew 'Knights of the Turntables'. The production on this is sooo simple and the cuts are off the chart! way ahead of its time. Checkout the studio shot, chaos! and the 'Techno Scratch' font amazing!
I remember visiting the label 'JDC' in '96, I think they where based in Long Beach I think? anyway it was quite foggy and they had a record store next door which i think was part of the same company. (see! point less facts.)

The Start!

Hey why not start a blog?. so my good lady got me one!… I'm just gonna share some fun memories, pic's, cool music and pointless facts about my journey into music. I hope you will enjoy reading this as much as I'm gonna enjoy diggin' into over 20 years of record collecting… I'll try and throw in some mixes for good measure.

*Yes it has taken me a month to start this and no that's not me pictured below (but it's close), it's the mighty Peter Sellers (my childhood hero) in the film 'The Party' you need to see it if you haven't... more on him later!
